I would like to know what everyones outlooks are on Age differentiated Relationships. Like a 50 year old man and a 20 year old woman. Just out of curiosity.

I think if both the people involved in the relationship are mature enough to know what they want and they are happy or don't care about the age difference...then it's okay. It's the age of the mind that matters and the compatibility between the two of them rather than the chronological age!

I don't really agree with big age differances in relationships, I suppose as you get older it may not have that much bearing but when you are talking about a 20 year old and a 50 year old there are dramatic maturity differances there. It would be different if you were talking about a 40 year old and a 50/55 year old person.

the difference is in thinking. it will always remain.
old people generally do not like the things what a 20 year old likes to do. when the old people were young they had same problems from thier elders beaause of thier difference in thnking.
it will be like this foreever

I think as long as the people in the relationship are okay with it, it's fine. And they should also both be consenting adults (over 18).
I personally couldn't see myself dating someone 40 years older than me, but hey, if someone else wants to date someone 40 years older than them, I have no problem with it. Whatever makes them happy.

I personally would not be able to deal with such an age difference. My sister recently dated a man who was nearly 30 years older than her. I didn't get it. He was infatuated with her. I really don't know what she saw in him.
