Personal Hygiene, how long do you change your underwear?

When it comes to personal hygiene, are you strict? In my side, I change my underwear everyday after finished taking a bath or even get a sweat because of many work to do in the house. We know that it's not too comfortable if the underwear you wear takes long before you change it.
So what about you? how often or long do you change your underwear?

i change it the after tommorow because im to busy to work and after i got home i totally lay down in bed no time to change my undies hehehhe

i do change many times because all girls should have proper hygiene . I change atleast twice a day or more. i just feel uncomfortable if my undies are used too long.
