Don’t put me an ASAP statement most especially that I am busy.

Have you ever come across a situation wherein you are in the midst of working and have a lot of things to do and someone in your team like your superior is putting you on a demanding moment and tells you to work it out ASAP (As Soon As Possible).
I really don’t like such actions because it just makes us feel more chaotic in such working pressure.
Please share your thoughts.

Well, first off you are employed by this person I would stop what I am doing and get whatever it is they asked of you done then go back to your work. Show them you are responsible and that they can count on you. Sure it makes you feel more chaotic but they are your boss and you need to follow their direction and show them that you can do it no matter what they ask of you.

That is correct. And if you don't like it then I would look elsewhere for other work.

Hey, thanks for your response... We'll i do believe that i am working my butt off and am responsible on every workloads i am committed. it's just that, once you are on the midst of a lot of things, you really can't divide your body...
But you have a point there, since they are your superior you just play on their rules (no choice).

I know what you mean! I hate being rushed to do things. I always would be able to perform better when I am given enough time to work on it.

True! it's also not good to rush on workloads because it puts overlapping tasks in a small amount of time. like, you can't divide your body on time or another...
Thanks for your response...

Hi There is nothing worse than working under pressure for some people they thrive under pressure, but I find for myself I make more mistakes. Haste is waste it is so true, I worked for a lady at a restaurant many years ago and she kept saying go get that table, go get that table, I actually still cannot believe I said to her if you wouldn't just stand there giving me orders maybe YOU could get a table , after that she never bothered me.

Thanks for your response, glad that in your case you stood up for your right. And yes, they do really thrive under pressure quite annoying but yeah, sad reality.

I know! It's really irritating when you have a lot of work to and just when you are trying to find a way to finish things quickly someone comes and tells you that he needs it ASAP. Maybe it's because he is under pressure from HIS boss who wants to get things done quickly. I'm not saying that this might always be the case because sometimes your superiors think that the people under him are just sitting idle and he is the only person doing some real work. Everyone gets ordered by someone you know! You should try to adjust to your superior's behavior...unless he's a real jerk!

Very true! Sometimes such people don't care about the emotion of the one's whose been up with the workloads, sometimes you just wished to threw the workloads out and yell at them but sadly you can't because you have to put decorum on the working environment.
