So finally i drop on idea to climb Uttrakshi which is 2nd high mountain in India and 3rd in world. It is my first time i don`t have any kind of experience of climbing etc. So i am gathering some information that can help me out later. Climbing the mountain is totally difference experience , climbing the mountains in snow with very low temperature above the world and sky, looking for way , having tent on such a great height with no one around really amaze me. Looking the whole world at bottom and standing on height place. I want to enjoy my this year don`t know i will get opportunity in future or not , so planning for this year hope my this trip came true

. Wow. You must be an experienced climber. Climbing a mountain is not a joke. It is a hard work and your body must be ready for it. Plan earlier and do all the necessary preparation ... Mind, body and spirit for you'll need them. Good luck and share to us your experience.

Climbing a mountain is something to be proud of, but it can be very dangerous. I have a nephew who likes climbing. He has been doing it (and learning to do it) all his life. He went to live in Chamonix (France) to be near the Alps. I see him once a year, when he comes to visit his parents. His muscles are hard and he works even when in vacation.

Whaoo , that sounds good i think you can give me his mail i can ask him for some tips. It is too dangerous specially on mountain having snow because you need lots of cloth and other stuff with that.

Climbing a mountain is very good exercise and in my opinion, should be made compulsory. If everybody is made to climb a mountain, I am sure that diseases will be drasticlly reduced on this planet. Moreover , mountain climbing would consume so much time and energy that it would give us no time to think bad , negative, greed-filled, lust-filled toughts and thus the crime rate will decrase. Nobd will have time also to make weapns of mass destruction, and thus our planet will be safe and secure fro the threat of annihilation.

It can`t be compulsory because its too hard and risky sometime. Most of mountain have snow 24 / 7 which cause risk of slip etc. The oxygen level is also low over their so i don`t think govt will make it compulsory. And we have to change mind other wise people will make weapon to destroy mountain. climbing can`t change criminals.

yea buddy its very costly though. The equipments etc are costly. If you hire a guide then it will be too costly. I think climbing a mountain and having tour in any other country like Thailand is almost same . The food , guide , cloths are very costly. But i recommend you should must plan in future.
