it s cut by something that i dont know,of course i report it and the workers of the company fixed it,but i didnt have an internet connection for 4 days.
it was like a nightmare,i cant connect to the people ,i cant do my routines and i was feeling like i am half person

I used internet every day and so, but when there's no internet connection, I am still chillin' down
Gladly I still have lots of interesting thing on my computer such as games, image editor, and so on. There're also some books that are still sealed there - I haven't read it since I bought it. I can use my time to read those.
But if the internet connection gone when I got an assignment or something important to be done, I'll be freaking out and will looking for an internet cafe as soon as possible

Hi I have also had this problem when my internet suddenly went off,and to me it was horrible,I spend a lot of time on the internet, earning money, keeping in touch with friends and my entertainment,I had five days with normal television and books I had already read,it was a time I did not enjoy, and if I had no internet forever it would play on my mind forever.

I think I am addicted to the internet, even that day I don't feel like earning, I also surf the internet. I have been off internet a while ago and I feel like I am in a mess, don't have motivation to start the day. I don't know why, I feel internet is my best friend.

Yesterday we were dealing with this a little at my boyfriend's house. It wasn't gone all the way, but due to a store this past week it was fading in and out. Often it would go out at an inopportune time! At first I wasn't switching pages often enough for it to really effect me. But, then I was playing some of my games on swagbucks and mypoints and the internet going in and out had a little more of an effect on that! It drove me crazy! But, we took a break from the internet for awhile and when we came back last night it was fine. Hasn't acted up since (fingers crossed).

Hi scuba, I have to say I don't feel like I am addicted to the
internet like I just don't know what I would do if my internet
would go off...I very very seldon turn my computer on before at
least 1:00-2:00 pm...I just don't turn it on...I don't feel ready
to get on...I was on vacation for 1 month in January and was not
accessible to the internet and I was just fine...I was on the
computer once when I had to go to my sisters to book my flight
home...thats why I know I am not addicted to the internet...
Have a wonderful Sunday....

This has happened many times for me and it is frustrating to say the least. At this times , If I need to keep in touch with emails then I use my blackberry and also use it if I need to go online. But you can occupy yur time in different ways so how did you manage?

I always have alternatives lined up for 'what if' situations. And so if my Internet connection goes away for good I would have enough on my plate to keep me amused. I have neglected so many of my earlier activities. They will trickle back in my life!
Life is full of such surprises and if we are not prepared that would create havoc in our life.

Its very frustrating when internet connection goes off just like that.I become a bit impatient when this happens and i try to restart the modem multiple times. When nothing happens i switch to my phone for using Internet. If one is habitual of using Internet is can be of great difficultly to manage without it.Best wishes.

if the internet will be gone suddenly in a while, i will be alarmed and worried. internet becomes the center of entertainment nowadays aside from its other purposes. i will be sad and will find a way how to figure it out on what is going on. for sure, i will find remedies to make it okay and running good. like in our place now, the connection will be totally off as you first turn on the wifi router for unknown reason. i guess the server here has some faulty. anyway, we just need to turn it on for awhile then afterwards, in a matter of minutes, the five lights of it are working then we can have connections in our pc and laptops.
i should say that we are not born as of today, as for me, if we do not have internet connections at home, we will still live the best of life it has to offer us. i mean, we will suit ourselves to what has the surrounding is offering. like reading a book, watching television, bonding with friends and family, chit-chatting and etc; if we want entertainment. we need to have a balance life and we cannot get it all by facing the computer most of the time, as i add this. :) thanks for sharing this ;)

When I use to have my apartment, my internet was turned off because, I could no long pay for it, and so what I had to do was, go to the library everyday to get online, so I could earn my money, this was so frustrating to me.

I never had to miss out three or four days of Internet usage. It is one of my worst nightmares because I spend more than 6 hours a day at my computer surfing the net.

If my internet connection is suddenly gone, I will have no worries for that as my children will be more concern for it and will try their much effort to get it fix as soon as possible . I guess I will spend more time to rest and do more readings as well as other activities. Even though I may miss this site but I will have no choice but to bear with it
