Today I am Going to donate My Blood

Today I am going to donate my Blood because someone survival. On Yesterday one of my friends came here and he told me that his boss father need some urgent blood, So I would be happy to help someone if he is in need. I think it is good if we donate our blood and someone get benefit from that, I am feeling Good because i am going to do a great job after helping someone....

Randy donates his blood every few months because his blood helps premature babies. I cannot donate because I am anemic, but I am glad that randy can help out. After you donate it is important to have something sweet and juice to make you feel better.

Anu I´m happy for you, proud for you. It´s very noble. I´m so happy for the boss father. With God´s will he´ll heal soon.
I can´t donate blood because I have very tiny vessels.
You have to take some lunch after donating, a big glass of orange use is recommended.

That is very noble, you are a kind and very helpful person, donating blood is healthy also because the letting of blood removes iron from the blood stream through increased red blood cell production which is a potential health benefit. It is believed that excess iron can cause cholesterol to oxidize quickly which damages arteries and contributes to heart disease, i do blood donation trice a year.
