If one eye is bloodshot, it usually means that you have (possibly unconsciously) rubbed that eye and broken one of the small bloodvessels. Usually, this is because you felt your eyes were tired or itchy and, perhaps, rubbed rather hard. Some people are more prone to bloodshot eyes than others. If you find that the slightest pressure on your eyes causes bleeding, try to avoid rubbing them and, instead, bathe them with water (a saline solution is good) to relieve the itching and tiredness.

Your eyes need some rest. Its due to too much watching TV and being online or doing anything in a PC. The harmful rays are affecting your eye. Try to consult a doctor and if possible use some goggles, prescribed by some physician, which can prevent these harmful rays from entering your eyes. And don't forget to give them rest. Watch green trees and blue sky other natural beauty physically every day

It is NOTHING to do with "harmful rays"! The only rays which modern TVs and PC monitors emit are light rays, which are NOT harmful. Eye strain is ALWAYS due to focussing for too long on one particular object at a fixed distance. In normal life, our eyes are in constant motion and constantly focussing at different distances. This keeps the eyeball moist and allows the tears to drain naturally and also exercises the muscles of the eye. It is only when we fix the eye on a small area at a fixed distance that they eye becomes tired. To avoid this, make sure that, every 10 or 15 minutes, you look away from the screen at something more distant and, when watching television or at the PC, do not do so in a darkened room: make sure that the room is lit with a fairly low, even level of light, roughly at the level of the brightness of the screen.

Try to consult a doctor, before it gets worst, maybe is irritated because of to much radiation, is your computer has a protective glass on it? I experience the same when i stay on computer doing works for about 5 to 6 hours, my doctor suggested to wear a multicolored lens to protect my eye from radiation, and from glare.

Watching a movie right after working on the computer for a long time is not good for health, at least in the case of certain people. Eyes are very delicate and sensitive and we need to take good care of them. After working on the computer, it is best to sit silently with eyes closed for a few minutes. After that, I guess it would be okay to watch a movie.

When this happens to me i use the eye drop called OCUREST-AH and close my eyes for minute or two, then eye color changes to normal.Try that ,it works for most of the people having this problem.Consulting the doctor is always the best option though.Best wishes.
