Are you sure that it is indeed fat in those places & not just you eating lots of food?
Perhaps you already take a diet with very few animal products. Do you exercise enough? Have you had any cleanses? You might like to ask your doctor about these, which can be as simple as taking herbal supplements for a time. Parasites in our gut can make us appear quite 'fat' in places even though we may not eat very much at all or even fast often. Might be good to keep these in check & ask around all of your health professionals.

If this is dna you can't change it. The only thing you can do is stay away from transfat. Transfat will attract fact to your belly/stomach and you will also never get rid of it.
You can (perhaps) get rid of some fat around your waist etc but you can't add it to places your dna says there should be no fat.
So the only thing you can do is find out what kind of food makes you more fat, do some exercising and dress well!
