Influenced by our Senior Feast Builder, Bro Jon Escoto @ The Feast Binan Central Mall [Laguna, Philippines] today, God's message breakthrough my idle senses for the past days when my mind has been full of clatters due to weeks of stress and struggles for my Thesis in Educational Management. It's been two weeks after my Graduation in Masteral where I've been in gratitude to those who prayed for me which eventually gave me that Recognition for Graduating with Distinction [only two of us from among the 32 Master's Degree Graduates]. Sweet Victory after all; yet, I really longed to give myself that "rest" which made me tolerate some passing time aimlessly -- not too long though, but those lines just struck me. "God calls us to be a leader and there are people who need leaders in their life!" This does not actually give us a choice whether we would want to be a leader, or if we will just opt to be a follower! Instead, the decision that we have to make now is that "we've got to develop deep within ourselves the qualities that would make us a good leader" And so, only if we could ensure committing our selves to these Four [4] "S" of a Leader: [1] Sense the need by seeing somebody else's situation; [2] Sympathize with somebody's pain; [3] See the hope amidst the pain; and [4] Sieze the moment and do something about it -- we would soon start building our INFLUENCE! This, certainly is the only choice we have! Would you decide to eventually LEAD, or just WALK? -- tell me what you think,let's develop great minds; i know you are one!
