My baby girl hasn't utter proper words yet. Normal ?

I compare my girl and my nephew who are 2 months apart. My girl is 1 year and 5 months whereas he is 1 year 7 months.
When he sees someone or something familiar, he can utter proper words like Mama , Papa ,car . And if we say a word, he can say the word too.
But my girl has not. Is it normal ?
I understand that each child has his/her own pace of development.
Or should I consult a doctor to ask why ?
I'm worried for her. So far, her 5 senses are good. It's only the uttering of words I'm yearning to hear from her especially saying "Mama" .

my baby is 1 year and nine months old but yet he doesn't speak too much . what he always say is mama , daddy and lola (grandmother). I think it will not be normal if she doesn't speak until three years old . try to teach her always so she can improve .
