Proper hygiene is really essential in human life; this can make or break a person’s character by others who judge on the physical side of a human being.
Although there are numerous hygiene and physical care products that not only disinfects and freshens the human body, but also helps it get that unnecessary dirt that we get from pollution and other toxins. Thus it also helps us uplift our physical confidence and beauty.
The thing though on some people, is they are taking a leap of being hygienic to another extent, there are more likely associated as Obsessive Compulsive rather than being cleanliness to their body.
Too overly CLEANED in a way that they clean their body in an abnormal way for instance, taking a shower 5 times a day or even washing his/her hands every second.
Have you ever encounter such person who does this kind of unusual hygienic habits?

Personal hygiene is very important. In this social world that we live in it is important to be clean and smell good. A nice warm shower with fragrant body gel is great. And exfoliating off that top layer of skin can give us a nice dewy complexion. And then some Jergen's glo lotion to the skin to just give a hint of color. I don't know about Obsessive Compulsive but I am sure that could happen. Extreme activity of any kind can cause problems. Moderation in all things is a good rule.

True! putting weight on what is excessive habits and what is in moderation is a good way that you are following normalcy. however, some people might not figure this out since they are too conscious about their body and how they feel physically...

Well, if it takes too much time out of your regular day it may be excessive.

I don't personally know any one who has that kind of disorder. But I have watched a show one time featuring people with OCD. And really I never realized that there were people like them.

I can say that my youngest son is sooooooo conscious when it comes to this.
He keeps changing his shirt every now and then.
Since it's summer and the weather is too hot, each time he feels that he's sweating a lot- he took a bath and change his shirt 5x a day or more (duh)

Well your case is considerable because it's summer season and it does help to keep cool by changing clothes or taking a bath. however, in normal weather there's this fine line of obsessive compulsive and normalcy. some people are too hygienically minded that they feel the need to get cleaned every now and then.

Sometimes, in our quest to be so clean, we easily get sick. That's because we are not used to dirty surroundings.
Just take a look at those children who lives in the squatter areas. They are always playing on the street, uncleaned and even with no slippers. Yet they are as healthy as they can be.

You have a point there, putting someone's skin in the most vaccine and cleaned condition may take his/her physical condition not used to normal dirt wherein fact getting dirty is so normal. Some people are just too minded on getting cleaned that they forgot that we all do get dirty.
