I am eager to speak fluent English. Do you have any good method for this? Learn from phonetics first? It is frustrating, I am so poor at speaking English.

I want to share some of my experiences with you.
Be brave. Being brave to talk is the prerequisite of oral English learning. If you stop practicing for a long time and resume to practice, you may find it harder for you to talk then. Thus keep on practicing is of great significance.
Find the right method to learn. One of my teachers recommended me to correct the pronunciation first before further oral English practice. If you want to have an American accent, you can search American Accent Training, which is good learning material. You can learn it by yourself.

Yes, you are right, I am not brave to talk in public, even talk with my colleague in English. This is my vital weakness. Now I am learning the pronunciation, later I will practise reading in the morning to master more words. Then talk in front of the mirror by myself. I think this will take a long time. Hope I can insist on doing this, and then we can see the result finally. I will then write dairy to record this.
