I don't know if I will be able to sleep with that noise!

It is really windy outside right now and the metal wind thing on top of my neighbors house is steadily squeaking away. I can sleep with rain and wind and even thunder, but that squeaking noise will keep me awake for awhile I am sure.
Do you have trouble falling asleep because of noises that are out of your control or are you one of those people who can fall asleep anywhere and under noisy conditions?

I turn on a fan and a humidifier to block out noises I don't want to hear.

I leave my fan going year round, but I like it cold when I sleep. And I still hear my alarm.. unfortunately, LOL!

We get that here. From the people who live behind us. When its windy keeps me up all night sometimes. Take care there. Cold here tonight. But no winds.

Sorry to hear that. A few weeks back I didnt sleep at all because dogs barked all night long. Right beside my window.

Ach! That reminds me of when neighbors have wind chimes. Or worse, more than one. And with Oklahoma wind it can get nuts. And then those stupid wind chimes never shut up. I don't notice them during the day. But at night when I'm trying to sleep the noise is amazingly clear.

My family used to argue and yell a lot. I learned to sleep with a radio. Squeeking has got to be the worst.
