India

taking enough sun is really good for our health, because it has vitamin D and that is good for our bones specially.. i do not take sun that much, as i am almost always at home but sometimes i take sun in the winter..... How about you? How much do you take sun? and how do you like it?

while it is true that we need the vitamin d from the sun, the ozone layer has plenty of holes and the ulta violet rays are harmful to our skin. excessive exposure can cause certain skin diseases. i don't like sunbathing. i feel bored lazing on the beach. i only get exposed to the sun when i go out of my house to do my usual daily routine.

Yes, the sun is healthy in one way but dangerous in another. I don't get as much sun as I used too. Hopefully that will change but I will definitely be careful with how much I get.

well, it is not good to take sun when it is too hot, and better to avoid going out that time but if we should go it is important to use sunscreen.

I have not deliberately laid out in the sun with the intent of getting tanned in many years. I do tan rather easily and rarely burn. I never wear sunscreen, but I do wear sunglasses to protect my blue eyes.

i think it may cause sun burn. dark skin. A sunburn is a form of radiation burn that affects living tissue, such as skin, that results from an overexposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, commonly from the sun.

The thing I know about sun is that, it is healthy from 6:00 am to 8:00 am and beyond that is not already. I have not been stroke by the heat of the sun rays due to the time of my waking up. I almost wake up during 10:00 am and the rays of the sun is almost a fire. haha

I always keep in mind to have a chance to get out and feel the sunshine. Not only does it really helps in calcium absorption but it revitalizes my energy. I can feel the difference between getting sun and not. But keep in mind to limit the exposure to a maximum of 30 mins, put on sunscreen and the best sun is in the morning, like just after sunrise. Have a healthy day! ;)

Ideally, it is between 6AM to 8AM. Beyond 8AM is too hot and dangerous to health. After 3PM, the sunshine is again better. Have a good sunny day! ;)

I sometimes do stuff out doors in the sun, but I do not sit in the sun as a pass time. Many people use lots of sunscreen and hats and sleeves, but I do not. When I am working in my yard I just go in and out in whatever I have on. Yes, when you get a little sun your body can make Vitamin D which plays an important role in our health.

I love the sun almost all the year, although I try not to take much in hot summer. My office desk is close to the window and it has sunshine all the year round. I love to sit in the sun excluding summer. If I do not sit in the sun, I do not feel good in the office, especially in cold winter, cool autumn, and chilly sping. The sun is really a wonderful thing ever created.

As much as I hate saying this, but really, I do not go out of the house that much. Even when I was a kid, I would just often stay indoors unless there are family outings.

I'm living in a country which passed by an equator line. It is pretty easy to take a sun just for doing a minute walk outside. I also always take sun when I'm going to my college, the sun is pretty intense here around 12-3 pm.

Uhm I happen to live on a tropical country here, and I go out almost everyday. Considering that the sun always shine brightly above me, I don't really think it's much special. Hey, I want to see snow!

sunlight is the best source of vitamin D. so it is better for you to take sun daily. I have pain in my legs and I should take a sun but I do not. I am too lazy , first I got up late in the morning. then when I sit with my pc and do online work I can not leave and when I look at the time I see it is night :)

Yes, sunlight is a great source to get vitamin D at free of cost to human kind. Exposure to sunlight or getting sunlight in morning and evening is recommended for good health since ancient times. Modern science clarifies and confirms it further. But sunlight at noon time may bring some problems to health if body is exposed to it for lengthy time in hotter season.

there is no problem of taking sun in the afternoon in the winter time but in the summer is good to take it in the morning.

I never spend much time walking under the sun because it's really hot in our place. If I do that for at least an hour, I'm sure to get sun burn. If you really want to have Vitamin D, you can get that by consuming eggs. I heard that it's the only natural food in the world that has that Vitamin.

so you should be careful of using perfect sun lotion whenever you want to go out.

Or you would probably say "sunlight" not sun because over exposure to sun would whave an adverse effect to our heath especially our skin..As far as my knowledge is concerned "the Doctor advises that from 9am till 3pm is the danger zone of exposing to sun.Ozone layer depletion decreases our atmosphere's natural protection's from the sun harmful ultraviolet rays..so it would better to expose yourself to sunlight from 6 am till 8am would be great..
