Once i had been to a doc to treat my cold allergy. i saw three youngsters sitting and waiting outside the clinic and they seemed very tensed and worried. i was anxious to know the reason of their tension and after my treatment i asked them about the reason of their tension and they said that one of them was having serious depression and i was surprised to hear this. the other two said that they were not feeling well since they were regular alcohol takers and i was about to laugh at their face but out of shame, i left that place. i felt ashamed as they were junior to me and they were giving out such vague reasons.
I went the next day to meet the same doctor as i know him personally. i asked him about those three youngsters and he said that i should not laugh at them as he is also surprised and ashamed of the activities today's youngsters are into. The guy who was having depression was due to the break up with his girlfriend and the other two were regular alcohol takers. he said that he is used to seeing such youngsters on a daily basis. The doctor regretted that this is all because of their upbringing and their lifestyle.
What r your thoughts regarding this? What could be the reason behind this? Plz do share your thoughts!

I do agree with the doctor that some problems of the kids are due to the way they were brought up. Neglecting parents are usually the cause of teens' fall down. If they are not given proper attention, these children tend to rely more on their friends and would deal with their problems in a way that could lead to their destruction.

Yes i second your thoughts that it is the peer pressure at times that the youngsters are bound to follow a lifestyle that wont give them any benefits. Rather it would push them towards destruction where it is very difficult to get back to life, Parents have a very important role in this case and they have to be their children's best friend.

Sometimes, we could not blame the children for being what they are. The parents themselves have neglected their duties and have chosen to be with their business or friends.

Yes u r right, in fact some parents never pay attention to their children and they go to the extent of leaving them alone and giving them all the freedom as they like, what will a children in a such a situation do? He or she is bound to fall in a wrong company and the situation would get bad after wards.

Depression and drinking cases are increasing at a rapid rate in our country. I personally feel that "Live in present" motto has somewhat been interpreted wrongly by today's youth. Following this motto they just think about the present momentary pleasure without considering its consequences in future and destroy their life.

Yes i totally agree to you on this that the young generation has taken the motto "Live in present" very wrongly due to which they are adopting many such things that r strongly not advisable for them, they feel that they can do whatever they like, no matter what but ultimately they r inching closer to spoiling their life and career.
