Should I answer that in a 30 second period, like the Binibini contestant? *lol* But kidding aside. I am pro for a Responsible Reproductive Health (RH) Bill and I am a catholic. I think it is high time that Filipinos be empowered with decisions like this. I say responsible because, it is one's own bearing on how to accept the knowledge that the bill may give. We cannot just be ignorant on this knowledge especially women. It is known that women, especially those who are live beyond their means have a low or they lack control over their reproductive capacities and exposure to violence further intensify this risks through early, multiple and unwanted pregnancies. Low level of eduaction, access to and control over reaources and limited autonomy within the family and community limit poor women's ability to use healthcare services and all other services. Womens poor health and low control over their reproductive capacitiew in turn exacerbate gender inequities. Women's rights to control their bodies remain a battleground between religion and the vision of social change.

Short answer is yes. I think it's a bit restrictive that a good Catholic should shoot down the RH bill just because they are practicing Catholic. In my opinion, that's playing with the extreme. I mean, I am catholic but it doesn't mean that I have to agree to everything that the Church says. I think we moved on the era where any 'sin' under the Church eyes is equivalent to harsh punishment. The bill (or law at this date) have some valid points and it attempts to solve our problems today and possibly in the future. That is something that should also be considered regardless of what religious affiliation one is born or raised or maybe chosen by the person.

Quite a hard question, right? Well, to be a good member of a certain religion means being obedient of its doctrines. I guess if Catholic leaders say that they should not adhere to the component of the bill, they should be followed. Because if they don't, their faith is questionable
