Hi Kmz, I can vouch for the apple diet. I have used it and quite a bit of weight. You can eat any kind of apples but you eat ONLY apples. When you get hungry - eat another apple. You should also take a tablespoon of Olive oil at bedtime. Some people find this diet very difficult, while others have no problem with it. Blessings.

Apple is great for losing weight because it hastens the metabolism of the body. The only problem is that some people to disregard other food by just taking in apple which is not really good if this will be for a long term duration. It can deprive you from other nutrients not found in apples. If you really want to lose weight then reduce your portion of meal and eat more of fruits and vegetables plus exercise.

Mangoes and grapes are a real big "NO NO".
I am sure all other fruits can be taken in moderation especially if the person is not diabetic.Regarding banana , many people say it adds on to weight but if it is substituted for a bit of starchy food I guess it compensates for it.

SO HOW SUGARY IS YOUR FAVOURITE FRUIT?
We're meant to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day - ideally two of fruit and three of veg. But depending on your choice, you may be consuming more fructose - or fruit sugar - than you thought.
All values are for one piece of fruit, unless specified, and the figures in brackets show the equivalent amount of sugar.
• Apricot 0.45g fructose (pinch of sugar)
• Clementine 0.5g (pinch)
• Plum 1.6g (large pinch)
• Fresh fig 2g (1/2tsp)
• Eight cherries 2.4g (1/2 tsp)
• 1 slice honeydew melon 3g (over 1/2 tsp)
• Kiwi fruit 3g (over 1/2 tsp)
• Orange 3.6g (over 1/2 tsp)
• Five strawberries 4g (1 tsp)
• Glass of orange juice 5g (1 tsp)
• Banana 5.5g (1 tsp)
• Small mango 6g (1 tsp)
• Grapefruit 7g (1 1/2 tsp)
• Handful raisins 8.7g (nearly 2tsp)
• Golden Delicious apple 11g (2tsp)
• Pear 11g (2tsp)
• Granny Smith apple 8g (11/2 tsp)
• Handful dried apple 8g (1 1/2 tsp)
• Large bunch (500g) grapes, 39g (nearly 8 tsp)

The best way is to eat raw fruit with no sugar nad forget about the use of fruit in cakes and other confections. You can check online the amount of sugar in each fruit.

Mangosteen which grows in Southeast Asia is very good for weight loss. This fruit was discussed by Dr. Oz in the Oprah Show with all the evidences that the fruits can indeed benefit those who have excess weight. On the other hand, balanced diet and regular exercise has always been advised by doctors.

Well fruits always help maintain body equilibrium. Its highly recommended by dieticians to consume more fruits . For weightloss I think one of the best fruit is watermelon because the water percentage in it is very high so it maitains the water balance in body which always helps to keep bodyweight under control. Lemon juice is also good for checking weight gain.

Citrus fruits and berries. Diets rich in citrus fruits provide minimal carbohydrates. These fruits include raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, and to some extent strawberries and blue berries. A small amount of lime, lemon, or sweet lime can also be included. These fruits help promote bowel movement and thereby detoxification. They eliminate toxins or undigested matter from the body. Citrus fruits and berries cleanse the blood and reinforce cardiovascular system. This promotes heart health as well. These fruits aid in removing bad cholesterol and improving digestion and appetite, thereby leading to healthy weight loss.
Dry fruits. These are dried fruits like raisins, dates, and prunes. Dry fruits can be added in small quantities to fresh fruits in diets. These fruits are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals, and they complement the deficiency of minerals and vitamins in fresh fruits. Dry fruits along with fresh fruits in diets are effective in burning excess fat and reducing cholesterol, thus promoting healthy weight loss. They also improve the immune system and aid in detoxification.
Maybe these can help you. As for me i'm not using fruits to loss weight, i eat root crops that high in fiber that is what i use, and of course regular exercise. I do walking for 20 to 30 minutes daily.

Strawberries, pineapple and blueberries have an enzyme in them that helps with digestion and helps with losing weight. Grapefruit is good for cleansing too. And of course drinking water will help flush toxins and such out of the body.

It is when you eat the fruit that matters. If you eat fruit or drink fruit juices alone from first thing in the morning to midday and then only eat at least twentynminutes after the last piece of fruit then it should not matter too much tht the fruit has sugar.Limit this to only two bananas though and eat plenty of water fruit like ,elons and citrus. This way, the fruit does not ferment in the stomach and the digestive systeem is enhanced. No bloating or gas etc, Plus weight loss

If your family is struggling with extra weight, substituting processed sweets and snacks with ANY fruit will assist in their weight loss. For extra nutrition, it is good to have a variety, but they should stick to fruits they like and can eat quickly. My current fruit of choice is apple because it is so portable and enjoyable. It provides lots of fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, and low sodium/calories. All of these can assist in weight loss.
Each fruit has its own unique blend of benefits, but none are "bad" for weight loss.

proper diet and workout should go together if you are serious in loosing some weight. eating less is not the only solution or eating fruits to achieve it. there is not shortcut ways as well too. you need some mindset and be serious with what you are doing not to trash what you have been started.
to say, cucumber juice is good, lemon tea grass, even juicing horse radish as well. fruits rich in fiber are good too. minimize carbs and eat root crops like sweet potato, taro and etc. :)

Fruits that are high in vitamin-c and acidity does helps in reducing body fat, you can try lemon and other acidic and vitamin-c related fruits in your locality. However, there’s not good alternative to proper exercise… it’s the best solution if you really want quick results.
