I was just recently become inspired to my new boss. Actually all of us in the office because she makes all things easy for us to handle. She helps a lot and treats everyone one with a soft and encouraging voice. I wonder. Could there be any ways to inspire aside from showing kindness and being attentive? Well, she shows good examples and make us think that it's okay to be an encourager.

Kindness is enough to to inspire our co-workers and colleagues.
Your boss is indeed a great person for making everyone feel comfortable.
It's not everyday that we met a boss like yours and I can say that you are lucky to have one.

Being inspired of someone is good thing specially if that person is close to you. Your Boss is good at this and i think this will help to you give encouragement for full efficient work. I think Yes showing kindness and being attentive could inspire some one toward work. You are lucky that you got that kind of person around you having good personality and working skill . You can learn lots of things from her.

Well you're blessed to have a boss like that, mine is totally different. He's selfish, not very much helpful, much pretending, aggressive and sometimes doesn't understand or explain things well. Could you ask your boss to come and work for my company? :P Being serious, I believe an ispiring leader is a person who can get the best from you. A person who really believes in his company and is an example of passion and sacrifice for the work. In that way people will feel automatically inspired to imitate him
