Well it is dinner time here in the Philippines, I cooked ham and sauted tomato with egg, usually it is for breakfast but because of my laziness I cooked that for our dinner. :) We always buy our food outside but my husband is also lazy to go out and buy our foods. Hahahah! Just laziness strikes again, but we are so full now. There is also advantage of our laziness we save money to buy food.

We had spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, salad and for dessert we had ice cream. The kids are getting ready for bed. I have my lazy days and those are the night we pull out the pizzas and bake them.

Lazy cook bad for health. - In long term may cause bad health , diarrhoe and incur cost for doctors and medicine.
Yes sometime i am also lazy or sometime too tired to cook properly . Will end up eating junk foods and also biscuits also. I even try the dog biscuit which is not eatable and it taste bitter. I wonder how the dogs eat that crap1. Usually in those lazy days will eat can foods too. Saving money is being lazy is not correct , because it long term , have to spent money for seeing doc because of diarrhoe or gastric pain.

My kids went through a phase where they wanted breakfast for dinner and loved it! My daughter had said something to the principal at school when she was in middle school and told him that she would like breakfast foods for lunch, he went and talked to the people working in the cafeteria and they tried it and it was a big hit for school lunches!

Some times it happens with me too. I am too lazy to cook so we just buy food from the nearest food chain. Or maybe my kids will prepare sandwich and done with the dinner. Well, usually we only take light foods for dinner so it's not a big deal for my kids to have bread and spread for dinner time.

Sometimes we think that we are able to save money by buying food from restaurants. But if you will analyze the amount of fat and calories that the food we buy outside compared to what we could actually prepare for our family, you would notice that in the long run, you would be able to save a lot by cooking healthier food than buying from outside because of it high in cholesterol content.

Hi Kmz That sounds really good, my problem is trying to figure out what to have for dinner sometimes, I enjoy cooking my husband and I just can never agree sometimes what we want.

Well sometimes you save money because your husband is lazy to go out but sometimes its opposite. Because you are too lazy to cook at home so your poor husband has to buy food from outside , so that levels the profit loss thing. Even I feel lazy sometimes to cook for myself when I am alone at home. I usually go out to eat or make something thats ready quickly

So, you can consider that a blessing in disguised . Due to laziness, it saves you money . I also do not feel like cooking, the weather here is so hot and humid. So, I decided to make a simple and fast dinner. I steam salmon with a little olive oil, a little salt, soy sauce and minced onion and stir fry spinach. I felt so uncomfortable in the kitchen . Hoping to get out of it as soon as possible.
