Weight loss is every woman's life problem.every day to lose weight,but also not cut down,particularly upset.I also belong to compare the fat one,always trying to lose weight,so I want to know what kind of fruit is the most can help you to lose weight?

Any kind of citrus fruit is supposed to be good as they cleanse you of toxins. I've heard that lemons help increase metabolism.

Nothing you eat helps you "lose weight" But fruits with less sugar will not make you gain so much. Still, I don`t think that people gain weight with fruit so much as with refined sugar and other sweets, with more carbs than what they need and with too much fat and fried food in their diets.

The grapefruit is a only fruit, I know that burn fat in your body, there might be others but the main one, I know about right now is a grapefruit, because of the acid that is in grapefruit.
