how to do things successfully

I had talked with my colleague how to do things successfully last week.And I share these experiences with other colleagues.That is:we must think over how to do.There are three kinds of people.one is who can't compete things that leader assign to;Two is who can compete things that leader assign to;Three is who can compete things and praised by his/her leader.We often are the second kind person.
how we can be the third person who can often praised by other?

Compliments from our superior or co-workers can inspires us, but sometimes we don't receive word of praises to them, but the more important thing is we finish the job.
As for me i usually receive compliments from my boss and co-workers because the personality of mine when it comes to work. I usually finish a task 3 or 4 days before its deadline, and i can do the task with less supervision, i just need the full details of the task description and the guidelines, because of this my boss and my co-workers were amaze at me. I have an attitude that i'm very conscious about time, when i have a task to be finish, i need to focus on that task i can't do the job if i'm disturb.
You just have to work hard at your best, one day your boss and your co-workers will notice your effort and the way you handle your job.
