There is this female who talking too loud on her phone. I just found out that you can now talk on the phone in the library. That is still rude and disrespectful to those who are trying to focus on what they are doing! That should not be allowed no matter what. The only way anyone should ever be allowed to talk on the phone is in designated areas in any library. NOT WHEN YOUR TALKING ON THE PHONE on the library computer. Rude and dispresctful is what talking on your cell phone in the library that will always be! The only way anyone should ever be allowed to use their phone in the library is in an emergency only!

Many of our libraries offer silent study areas for quiet individual study only.Talking, eating and drinking(except bottled water) and using mobile phones are not allowed. If it is an emergency call or something one can step out of the library and then talk.
