Richest Muslims helps poor people and gives respect them... ....... Like this we have many religions throughout the world... There of varieties of people in the world... The very most common point of all the people is their blood color.... Same as above i want to know some common points that are mingle with all of religions together.....

No matter what your religion is, I think the most common thing is the fact that there is one who is above us all. be it God, Buddha, Allah, Iglesia or any other name, we know that we adore one up there. Only that we praise and give our faith in different ways. I just witness how Buddhist pray to their Buddha and it seems funny to me. but of course to them what they are doing is something that makes them feel better.

Buddhists do not pray to a Buddha. The Buddha was a man and a teacher, not a god. There is no god in Buddhism for anyone to pray to. de omnibus dubitandum

I am a Buddhist living in a predominantly Buddhist country. There are people who offer prayers to the Buddha here but they do not have a true understanding of the Buddhist religion. The bowing and hand clasping before the Buddha image is to show respect and commitment to the Dhamma. de omnibus dubitandum

I guess all religions has one thing in common and that is they believe in just one God. They believe doing good with fellows are the greatest thing that people should do. They fear God and so they did not do harm with others. They always worship God and praise him.

All religions teach us to love all. In fact, I believe all religions are founded by the same teacher, who had to take various forms in order to teach different groups of people in the manner they are able to relate to.

For me the common point is words "belief and faith" in all religions i think the most common is belief and fate, that is i guess the use of religion, to have something to believe in, just like our ambition that we want to achieve, we believe in that ambition and you do everything to achieve it, just like religion our belief is our basis of faith and guide in our daily life, and also the guide how to live life with a clean heart. But i think it useless because criminals and crimes are still rampant in our society, maybe the best thing to do, if we believe we should take it by action, their are some believer that believes only by words but not in action. The God is the God of Love and Life, then why there is war and killings? Does their religion don't teach them to respect life or any form of life? Our religion is pro life, but their are people who belong to that religion who don't practice to respect life. What they practice is " selfishness". How disappointing.

Getting to know one religion is so difficult; knowing many religious concepts would be an impossible task; however, I am sure all religions would have one common point-- leading a righteous life by doing one's duty without hurting fellow human beings.

Hi gamyam, They all have some version of the golden rule, that we should treat others the way we want to be treated. Problems arise when one religion claims that they alone have the whole truth. We are all one! Blessings.

All religious sect teaches the people to love God above anything else and to give love and respect to fellowmen. Regardless of how they call their gods, all religious sects expect people to only do good that is according to the will of God.

Important points are different, no matter how people try to make them look similar, and combine all religions in a single better one. To believe in all relgions is the same as believing in no one. Maybe there is a common point... the opposition to relativism. Being hot or being cold is better than being just warm.

the teachings of the different religions can be categorized in two groups - the spiritual and the social teachings. the spiritual teachings are about doing good - do not kill, do not lie, do not steal, respect your parents, worship god above all, etc.. these spiritual teachings are common in all religions. examples of the social teachings are - Moses: "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth." Jesus: "if someone throws you a stone, throw him back bread." these are the differences, in my opinion.

At any point on the Earth, from different nations, tribes, In the ancient past we reach the legends, myths, fairy tales. They are so alike - have a common point of contact, a similar protagonist, the hero and everyone understood. There are even names the same hero - though legend has reached us before the 2000 - 5000 year and even earlier. I think it's the word of truth, once given to all on the planet. To which we'll have to all be back.
