I've been eating healthy for a while now. I am seeing benefits of eating healthier than what I used to.
I feel better. I feel better, have more energy, and I am in a better mood throughout the day. I used to not have the energy to get out of bed sometimes. Now I have the energy to go walking, be active, exercise, and do daily chores. Sometimes exercising actually gives me more energy throughout the day. I used to be in a bad mood all the time. Now I am generally in a much better mood, and I can get a long with other people a lot better.
I look better. My body, face, and skin looks a lot better. The complexion on my skin has improved, I look slimmer, and sometimes I am surprised at the complexion of my skin. My skin would be red a lot in the past. Now it looks a lot better.
Being healthier actually motivates me to make healthier choices. In the past when I was lazy and didn't want to get out of bed, it was easy to order food or pizza. Now instead of ordering pizza, I will take a walk and go make a healthy dinner. It's almost like a cycle that I used to be in. I'm just glad that I broke the cycle and I am able to make healthier choices now in my lifestyle. I am willing to make the changes, and I love this feeling!

Well Done!
Good on you for taking your own health into your own hands. Some health professionals can help us with some issues, but at the end of the day, it's our responsibility! Don't let it stop there though; sky's the limit when it comes to diet. May you continue to progress & note e
All The Best.

I'm glad that you are now living a healthy lifestyle.. keep it going.. like you I just recently start eating healthy and living a healhy lifestyle.. though at first it is hard to resist all the food that is so tempting like junk foods and chocolates but I am glad that I manage to avoid it now and instead of eating unhealthy food I just grab some fruits for a snack and I noticed also that my skin looks more healthy now I think it glows and also I lose some weight which makes me more sexier now.. I m happy I choose to live healthy..

I agree with you. It was hard to eat healthier at first. It gets easier as you go along. It almost comes naturally now. It is wise to buy healthy at the grocery store so you are not tempted when you are at home. I have been buying healthier at the grocery store and have noticed changes already. I still have my struggles and weaknesses but I am doing a lot better.

I believe you. My daughter did the Fungal Diet and the Kaufman diet and has been into healthy eating for years now. She says the same things you do; that when you cut out all the stuff you are supposed to and eat from the tree, the earth and the sea, you cannot go wrong. She is super slim, truly healthy, and follow all the good advice and instructions. Consequently I have also lost weight, but messed up on the diet and so have to start from scratch again. She also does not feel tired, looks great and has no health problems.

That is really good to hear that your daughter is healthy. I understand your frustration because I lost about 40 pounds a long time ago, and then I gained it back. It really does make a difference when you make lifestyle changes instead of just dieting. Good luck to you!

I am looking forward to feeling much better myself.
As I've said to you recently, I am also trying to eat healthier. I know the benefits and I know that it is what we all need to be more conscious of to be honest.
I think the hardest part is to cut out the convenience, and especially in a world where many (supposedly healthy) foods are made in a fast, convenient way.

You are absolutely right. When I started to eat healthier, I noticed two things. I had to either pay a lot more, or cook a lot more. A lot of convenient food is unhealthy food. There is not much food that you can quickly make that is healthy for you. Something that I have started to do is to precook and put the food in containers.

It's good to hear this from people, a big lifestyle change and how it turns to the positive. I wish I could do the same, except mine is health issues, and the lack of help with doctors Slowly day by day I feel like crap even more, yet they wont do anything.
