I lost 4.5 lbs!

This morning I weighed myself and found out that I lost 4.5 lbs! I am so proud of myself. I have been counting calories and I had a few slip ups on a few days. It was hard to stay within the budget for calories at first. Now that I am learning about portions, and what to eat rather than what not to eat I am able to make the decisions that have led to me losing weight. Now the hard part is going to be to keep it off, and keep losing weight.

I'm happy for you that you lose weight! I just realized one thing, that is to maintain the weight that you had lose. As what they said, losing weight is a life long journey. It's a matter of disciplining ourselves.
