Hello fellow gamers, what are your favourite games you've played thus far, and why? Personally I have to say Ocarina of Time for N64 is still one of my favourites, along with the Mega Man series.

I am going to have to go a little bit old school on this one. Pharaoh Europa Universalis 2 Counter Strike 1.6 These come to mind. They are older games especially the first 2 i mention i doubt anyone plays them anymore. These are computer games.

Hi there Jdawg011! My favorite games would be MU Online Philippines, an MMORPG, wherein I have a high elf character, a golden dragon hunter at that. I also love Harvest Moon and The Sims, not much pressuring games and usually just for enjoyment and for passing time. There was a game that I like before, The Sims Hospital, but I cannot find it anywhere now. I also like Parasite Eve and Chrono Cross though I was not able to finish both games. I think they are interesting and I love the plot of the story.

That's cool. I used to play MMORPGs like WoW but it took too much time up, so I moved on to games that don't require daily attention :) What was the Sims Hospital on? You may be able to find it on emulators or somewhere else online. I recently found a game that I was never able to find by doing more specific searches than normal.

Quake Live (Quake 3 Arena) is my favorite game of all time which I've played and still playing ever since it came out in 1999. It's incredible that players are still discovering new things in such an old game. It's a game where you compete against other players and it's one of the rare kind that have organized competitions that go on for more than a decade and it can be viewed almost as a sport. But if we talk single player games then my favorite is Deus Ex. I like the story, interaction and the freedom of choice and many styles you can chose to play it. The game is rich with detail and encourages multiple playthroughs. Another one I really like that is pretty similar to it is System Shock 2. It's a bit more linear but also has a good atmosphere and it's pretty scary, especially for a game of it's age. And another game that will always have a place in my heart is Pokemon Yellow. I gathered all of 150 Pokemon and trained my main 6 to maximum level. Many times I played against my friends when we connected are Game Boys with a link cable.

I've actually seen videos of it. It is said to be one of the best games of all time and one of the games to introduce online FPS battle arenas. This in my book is enough to make it great in itself, as well as the good graphics for its time and interesting weapons. Quake did something great with this one. I also enjoyed the Gameboy Pokemon games back in the day. I had the red, blue and yellow versions, and used the cheat where you catch glitch pokemon and feed the lvl ups until they they get ridiculously strong. I did that with a snorlax on my first game and he was very difficult to kill with his high health.

My favorite would have to be a tie between Final Fantasy VII and Skyrim. I enjoy the gameplay on both, as well as the deep storyline both games hold. Plus, in Skyrim, its fun to sneak up behind an unexpecting villager and burn them. I am more of a magic user on there then melee or long ranged.

I love good storylines in games. Some that come to mind as well after you mention FF7 are FFX and Grandia was also a great game.

Minecraft. Why? The freedom to do ANYTHING you like. the modding is cray in minecraft, with mods everything is possible. Just from bi explosions to huge monsters. its the game of my life.
