Do you always let your household help advance their salary?

people who have enough funds for their needs find it easy to say that those who cannot make ends meet do not know how to manage their money. how much is your help's salary? if you were in her shoes, would you be able to cover all your expenses? people work because they need the money and maybe she has plenty of needs so that is why she is having a hard time. i don't think that she is happy that at the end of the month she has nothing left but maybe she needed the money badly so there is nothing she can do. if you have the cash and you think she is not using the money on vices, giving her an advance payment wouldn't hurt. just make sure that you don't give excessive amounts because there are some who just leave on short notice.

i think if your help can manage her money,she would not be a household help .i fully agree that a man who can manage his money will earn more .this is a kind of skill.not everyone owns it.just like me ,i don't know how to spend my money reasonably.i nearly regret every expense of mine.

No there is no one in my family, who I help with they money, everyone in my family manages their own money, I know this guy that doesn't know how, to manage his money he is always borrowing from every one, but he won't pay any one back, he is deep in debt, I don't feel sorry for him, and his brother does the same thing, borrow money from people but won't pay it back,and there is another person, that does this to so I feel like this, when people are set in their ways, to waste their money and they won't let you, teach them how to manage their money, then I would stop helping people like this, I use to waste my money, but as I got older I stopped doing that now I keep money, on me all the time, I am never broke, and I come online to earn the money, that I really need for myself, and I am not ashamed to tell anyone, I earn my extra money online.

When I had house helper before I used to give her advance depending on the needs and the availability of my funds. However, it also taught me some hard lessons so I did not do that anymore. Right now, even it is still hard not to have house helper, I do not like to get one anymore because of some troubles and problems that they cause me in the past. Anyway, kids are bigger now and we are living in a small compound with my in-laws.
