I read about this article regarding women to go bra-less. What do you think?
Are you more comfortable wearing without a bra? Could there be also a substitute for bras?

I am more comfortable not wearing bra but only when I am at home. My place is quite a conservative one and it is kinda malicious when you do not wear one when you go outside. i do not know but how i wish that i could do it more because i have read that it is more healthy and safe.

Yeah. Thanks for commenting. But when you do not wear a bra, do you feel heavy on the front since there is no support?

no i don't because I don't have the heavy bumper...hahaha! I do not also have heavy work when I am at home so there are no worries. i think we need support when we are working heavy things.

It sure is comfortable without a bra but I only do it when going to sleep at night. I can never go out without it because I'm not flat chested.

Thanks for commenting. Do you like being not flat chested? Does it give you back pain?

When I am sleeping or when I don't have anywhere to go, I will almost always go without a bra because of the simple fact that it is more comfortable to me. However, I will never leave the house without a bra on because of the fact that being without a bra really feels quite alien to me when I'm in public. I feel like I have a burden not having the girls held up.
Medically, I don't think that there is a difference between wearing a bra or not unless you have extremely large one that could cause back problems.

Yes, of course, as a woman, I always want the day to end up as it is my opportunity to undress my bra as I am wearing it, I feel like I cannot breathe. I feel so comfortable without my bra and I cannot do anything about it because bra can make my boobs as woman prevent from sagging.

I know a celebrity here in the Philippines who is very proud that she does not wear any bra even when performing as a singer. I am aware that in some countries like USA, most women don't wear bra. I've read that bra can cause cancer but it's not yet proven. I prefer not wearing it when I sleep because I feel comfortable and can breathe well. The strap leaves a red mark when bra is worn few hours and more. It's not a healthy sign. I've tried wearing those silicon bra but it's not healthy as well. I'd rather stick to wearing it but with a best brand.

The strap leaves a red mark when bra is worn few hours and more. I totally agree with this. Sometimes this gives rashes to the back.

I don't like wearing a bra, I especially dislike those padded ones that make your boobs look huge... I prefer sports bras or non padded ones, however would never sleep with a bra on, never understood why some women do it after all? So I see no problem with going bra-less, it is your body and your choice after all.

Yeah. You have your own freedom to choose. Thanks for commenting.

It is more comfortable, but a little impossible for women sporting c cups and over. Not to mention when your nipples get hard it is easier to see. Not cool when you are walking down a street full of creepers.

I'm small chested and still would not go out without a bra on. However, in my house I usually don't wear a bra because it is so comfortable. My two daughters are unfortunately big chested and that would be the first thing they would take off once they got home from school or work. Now on their own with their own families I'm pretty sure they are still doing that. They can't stand having to wear a bra.

Well I did hear something about this on the news, but for
me that would not work..it would only be appropriate for
small chested women or for those who just don't care how
they look when they go out...thats definately not me I care
how I look when I am out in public....

Thanks for commenting. Maybe there is another one that you can wear as
a substitute to a bra.
