I gave birth to my son about a year now and still my stretchmarks are visible. I want to get rid of it. Do you have some secret on how to lighten or erase this marks on my belly?
I would really appreciate your contribution for this.

I also have stretch marks as a result of pregnancy and all.
However this does not bother me a lot since I have it in my tummy where it is not readily seen
I am more worried with my pigmentation on the face as a result of pregnancy just the same.
I tried many products but it seems they don't work for me
I read from one article that stretch marks could be remove with vitamin E.
you pr!ck one capsule and apply it like a lotion.
it might work for you too
Goodluck!

thank you Ayeesha for the suggestions.
I heard too that this kinds of remedies are really effective.
I also tried all 3 but it seems my pigmentation is very stubborn.
Now I shifted to commercial products.
I still have to wait for the result if there are any

Hello Irene!
Skin pigmentation may be reduced using natural products such as lemon, papaya, orange peel or onion. Just rub any of these, but one at a time, on the affected areas and observe whether there will be an improvement. I suggest you should try with lemon first :)

Vitamin E cream?lotion? is it really effective? I have tried some of them but didn't work for me. So kinda afraid to try another cream for nothing :(
About pigmentation on your face, try to consult a dermatologist. Go to a derm clinic, I know they have solution for that.

There are several creams that help: check them online. They don`t have to be expensive. Besides that, it is important to exercise and to wash with cold water. I hope it helps.

I have not much faith on creams either. But even dermatologists suggest that they should be used. As for cold water, I was told about it by an ols lady. I didn`t do that either, because I hate cold water.

Try sunflower oil :) My mom used this and according to her, stretchmarks will lighten although still visible. Or use Palmer's Cocoa Butter for stretch marks since it does work. But sunflower oil is still my best bet :)
Also, there are other natural remedies available on the internet. You might want to check that out :)
