Well, slow and steady wins the race!
For the past three weeks, I do not have enough sleep ever since I found this wonderful site ! I slept very late and get up early to prepare for my son going college daily. I had about four hours of sleep each day.
I am now totally defeated bodily and have decided to come here at my own pace. No doubt I am addicted to this site and thrilled to be here each time. However, I have in mind that my health is more important and I have decided to dicipline myself to sleep early from now on.
I am surprise as to how some of the Mylotters here could cope with so many other sites besides being active in MyLot. I cannot even cope with the only site I have and that is MyLot , even though I am now a fulltime homemaker as I had opted for early retirement. I need to learn to live within the twenty fours a day in a relax manner and not under stress .

Yeah, well saying, ' slow and steady wins the race ' and indeed this is a very powerful booster in anything that we are doing ! As we live in today's society where everything is done at a very fast pace and expecting quick and good results, we can get impatient if we have to wait a little while to see results. Think of a story of a race between speedy hare and slow tortoise. Yet this slow and steady tortoise walked and walked, never stopped until came to the finish line. God has a perfect plan and time for everything and sometimes we have to wait for all things to get in line with His will.

I used to be that way with trying to get all my sites done in one day. I was draining myself. I love it here but I can't always be here or doing some of my other sites. I just do what I can when I can. I am like you, my health is important and wearing ourselves out isn't good.

Hi,
Really, this site is very addictive. I also enjoy working on mylot very much. I haven't any other site for online job. I am only working on this site. I also don't want to stop working on mylot. You should take care of health. Because health is wealth.

Mylot, as everyone knows is very addictive, it keeps us glued to the computer endlessly. Being social beings we sure enjoy the platform that mylot provides for us to socialize in the cyberworld. Once in mylot time seems to be irrelevant and most of our real world activities come into a standstill. We need some kind of time management to enjoy both worlds, the real world and the fantasy world in the cyberspace.

Yes, it can be addictive and then I like to come here and rant sometimes tell good news to my friends and to listen to how their lives are going. Mylot is my main love and I am not really active on FB but I saw yesterday and researched a site that interests me and it would appear to pay quite well, so I am seriously contemplating on joining it to see how things are going over there. I do need the extra money as my illnesses last year maxed out my credit cards and so I need to get out of debt. I am hoping that the new site will help me.

It is true that this site is addictive . That is why I needed to exetcise self control and discipline to limit myself in coming here . I needed a good amount of sleep before my health gets into trouble.
I am sorry to hear about your past illnesses. I hope you will get to find another good site to supplement your need. All the best to you and thank you for your sharing !

I am here everyday from Monday-Saturday, because its my working time. I have an internet here in the office, so when it seems there is nothing to do then Mylot is my stress reliever. I am here commenting and replying on discussions. Except on Sunday, where there is no work. I am at home and relax myself from work. Hopefully I will be able to sustain this style at work. I love it here and I think I am going strong.

Sweetie..you will be surprised how much of backlog I have to clear because once I come to myLot I dont feel like leaving it. I end up keeping a whole lot of other works pending, and that forces me to take them up on war footing. :) I am virtually forced out by myLot glitches, otherwise, its unlikely that I will leave any time. :)

Oh, I won't be surprised for that .
One thing for sure that I will have all the necessary responsibility done before I embark into MyLot. And Like you have shared, once I am into MyLot it will be unlikely for me to leave until I am satisfied to clear all my mails .
I have determined to be fair to my body now and would take it seriously to just coming here at my own pace with comfort and at ease now . Appreciate your sharing!

hello, emily! You got to take it slow, dear! I know what exactly you are going through. I have been in that situation. So now, I just enjoy and not force myself to spend so much....well, unless there is really nothing much for me to do, then I am mostly at Mylot.

Even though I am fulltime at home but I have other household chores and various errands to do in the day. So, I will come here whenever I have time in between. But there are so much to enjoy here that is why I stay up late being here.
Before I came to know this site, I used to sleep at around 9 PM each day as I need to wake up 5 AM the next morning. With MyLot, I extended my hours of sleep into wee hours in the morning . I realized this is not good for my health. And I have decided to discipline myself to sleep early . I will surely take your advise to take it slow . Thank you!

I always start my day early even if the school's out. And I prefer doing all the chores as soon as I get up, so that I could have much free time that I want. I have never really tried Mylotting until past 10pm. Most of the time, I stop at 6pm. I wouldn't want my husband to get mad at me if he sees me STILL in front of my laptop after he gets home from work!

Whenever we join something new (online site, offline job), it clings to our mind 24*7. We start feeling restless and look forward to be engaged in it for most of the time that we have. Even while sleeping our mind keeps pondering over it. I too have experienced this working stimulation and that too not just once, but every time that I begin doing something new. Now I have learned to discipline myself and work with ease as being restless affects my health adversely.
I am sure you will soon come at ease doing mylotting here and will manage to work on other sites too with this comfort.

Oh! That's really funny. But to be very honest, I too have experienced this thing. I have been doing tasks in my dreams and getting paid for it and seeing dollars piling up in my account.
I am glad I have managed to handle work stimulation in a better way.

Yeah, I can see that you had a very tight schedule. It is good that you could find some time to have a proper rest before you are stressed out .
Being a parent has a lot of responsibilities. Besides, having to work at the same time taking care of family can be very tiring and stressful. However, there are also a feeling of joy and rewardings at times !

Sleep deprivation really has a lot of negative factors. So even though we're not working in an office, working at home gives us a lot of time to work and use the Internet at our limit.
I do wish you can have a balance of work and rest. Time management is very helpful. Set little goals everyday so you don't feel too frustrated not doing much or not finishing much. Find a comfortable way to do mylotting, too. Like reclining instead of sitting down. Have a soothing music whenever you blog to ease out tensions in your mind and body.
Good luck Emily7339! ;)

There ain't enough hours in the day for sure! I view this site as my therapy, and I know when I need advice, support, my friends here give it to me unconditionally, like on Monday I was in such a state, I came straight here and felt so much better afterwards. The hours really go when you become involved in a site, I found that I was spending too much time affiliate marketing and the games on Facebook. I wanted to dedicate more time to this site. We do need to pace ourselves, sometimes I actually have to force myself to go to bed, sometimes its 2am in the morning and I could keep going, mind you I am far more active at night. I am glad you love this site.

Nice to hear from you about your experiences. I strongly believe that this is indeed a good site for good therapy .
It is very true that we all need to pace ourselves. Just as what you have shared, I now would discipline myself to go to bed . I am no longer able to stay up till wee hours in the morning anymore...I realized and rather come here at ease and with comfort. Even though I may be more active like you in the night, but I need to limit myself now .
I am very encouraged to hear many here are lovers of MyLot. Thank you for your valuable sharing!

You just need to manage your time, like me i have a full time job, though i sign in at mylot at 8 in the morning but i wasn't able to participate, i just leave the page open, when i have 10 to 20 free time, that's the time i reply a post. I go home at 7:30 in the evening, before go to bed i check mylot using my smartphone and some replies 2 to 3 reply is enough for me then i go to sleep.

I usually waste no time and will come to do mylotting whenever I am free. Especially in the midst of doing my house chores, I will take the opportunity to come to mylot while waiting for things to be done .
The only problem is during the night. Prior to knowing this site, I used to sleep at 9 PM daily. However, after I came to MyLot I tend to do mylotting till midnight or into wee hours of the morning .
I realized this is not healthy and I determine to sleep early from now on and cut down mylotting time . Thanks for your sharing!

I am here everyday. Or anyway I answer my email notifications from Mylot daily. You need more sleep. A woman needs 7-9 hours a day. I work on the stress in your life. And turn off the computer at a certain time each night and try to sleep. Sleep is very important to us humans. I would find a way to get more.

I have not been here much lately because I have been so busy! I have been enjoying some time offline lately. The past few days I have been at my sisters house just hanging out. Then tonight it was my grandmas birthday party and tomorrow I'm going on my sisters boat! :) Not much time lately to be here.
Thursday will most likely be my day to get back here. I definitely miss being here but I have been having fun.
I'm most definitely addicted to mylot as well. Whenever I cannot be here I miss it so much!
You should definitely stay healthy and take things slow. There are plenty more days to be here. =)
