Hi, yesterday I just made an google search of some of my articles and blogs to check how they are doing and surprised to see them in the google search list under Bubblews. I checked those and found out that those are exact copy of my writing, just the writer/author name changed by some Bubblews user. Ok, Mine are not popular. But, Is it fair to copy someone's work and use it elsewhere, because those are not popular ? Can anyone tell me what should I do ? I am getting bad feeling about the site Bubblews. My suggestion to everyone, please check your blogs/articles,etc. you published somewhere online, in Bubblews. Maybe someone is using your work too in there !

Bubblews will find out these people who are just copying pasting someone's articles. They are reviewing members profile especially their posts before sending their redeemed amount that's why some didn't get their payments because they are just copying someone's work.

I'm sorry to know this thing Deepak. You can report this person to the site for proper action. I really don't understand why they have to do this. I really read someone from triond before claiming that her articles was submitted in Expertscolumn by another writer. She was successful in her action and now she is already a member of EC. Have a nice day!

I think the best way is to report him to the admin. I am a member but I am not active. There is a contact button on the site. You can use it. Have a nice day!

I see people all over the internet taking other peoples writings and using it as their own, if you are going to use at least link a source for it.

Many of the bubblews people are noob writers but some of them actually are good ones. Some of them there are only after the money they will make from that site so they go out and copy other people's articles and claim them as their own. This is plagiarism and illegal. The site forbids these members to do so, but some just won't stop out of ignorance to the law. Have that member who took your article reported. The website will be aware of this and that member will not be paid for what he did.

I am not totally aware that it can happen! Thou of course i believe that there are people who copy from the net but copying your work is really something which is over the top! Those who commented here that you should take actions by reporting this to the administrator of Bubblews is right. You should do it. Thanks for this because this gives me an opportunity to check mine as well. i am not that active anymore in that site because of some problems I had encountered with the payout. This is another disgusting revelation!

I joined Feb 1 this year, reached my 1st redemption.Admin told me to get paypal which i did and even enrolled a debit card for that. imagine the time, money and effort doing those things but I did not mind. Did not claim and no word at all. Second redemption, informed me that i was flagged but left no exact explanations which rules I actually violated. They sent me generic email. I kept on inquiring but no response from the Admin. I was questioning them than out of all those 400+ articles I had posted I was not even given the credit at all. Well at least they should tell me what were the specific rules I violated. I did not plagiarize and pretty sure I did not violate any rules of traffic or anything of that sort. I felt stupid. I did not give up because I wanted to give them a chance and prove they are not scammers. Third redemption last March 19 and today is April 17...not a word from them! They should have told me that I am already flagged for life, that I should stop posting my articles or they could just delete my account like I care! Know what? I still write in that site but not that much anymore because I could see that my earnings are still active because there are still some members who are liking and commenting on my older posts. I even saw your name there! We are actually connected! Thanks for your concern. God bless.

Yes, there are many people who want get advantage from others. Most of them never honor creation of others. I think you can see the profile of the author in the article, you can send a message to her to remind her that she has trace your article.

I just came across a very well written article on Bubblews yesterday and when I checked the author to see what else he had written, I saw that he was quite young and from a small country where I am fairly sure English was not his first language. That made me suspicious, so I did a search for the first phrase of the article and there it was - from another site. I checked another article and it was lifted from yet another site. Bubblews has promised to not pay people who plagiarize and I think that it's our responsibility, if we want Bubblews to be successful, to report things like this. If it's your material, don't hesitate to let them know, but if it's someone else's, let them know, too.

Hi Deepak2j, have you seen members of bubblews may not get payment and they will be writing and complaining about this, may be because they found something similar that they copied from somewhere and they did not paid. This is the mistake of the members not by the Bubblews. Every site will have their own regulations still stealing is stealing not appreciable. I want to write more and more articles but I am too week in English but still i will write in my own words in MS word document check for spellings or grammar and then post. People if really go through my article then they found my mistakes lol, but no one will get time to read fully, they just comment that was i observed. And there are well wishers and friends from mylot they help me to rectify the errors. Of course my blogs are just copied from other sites because i want to all in one place for the benefit of children. Under very post i will mention the site name from where i copied.

That's fine. But the user I am talking about is using his name on that. I would never mind if some of the informational blogs of mine were being copied. But, this is not the case. thank you for sharing your views.

i think you should definitely report it, you can even sue them since that is a serious offense.. plagiarism. It is taken seriously in schools too. I don't really kno how you can do it, since i am not a member at all of Bublews-- weird name.

The best action as most of the fellow mylotters have suggested would be report about it to the Bubblenews. It is heart aching for anyone to see their work being used by others for commercial purposes and that too without their prior consent. You must surely take an action against it. Thanks for this information I think I also need to check if my work is being stolen secretly.

This is the first that I have heard of this, although I am not surprised. There are people out there who are very lazy and just want to earn a buck fast, so they do stuff like this. What I would suggest is take the name of the author and e-mail a support worker at Bubblews stating that they are stealing your work. Make sure that your issue gets known because I don't want to see you reach cash out and then not get it because they say that you violated their terms. That would be awful. I also make sure that I bubblepulse all my articles with my name, and copyright them. I hope no one is using my work :(. Bubblews should really make up a system to sniff these types of people out.

ok. I think you didn't got what I am saying. I am not that active in Bubblews as well. But I am active in some different other sites and some of those publications are used in bubblews, only some few, not all. that's why i asked what to do and also advised to check your articles published elsewhere, not necessarily in bubblews. Anyway, thank you for your response and advice However I will report it to bubblews authority Thanks

Yes, that's better you report to bubblews authority. I think you should publish the name of plagiator and the theme of your work had been stolen. But, according to the rule of bubblews that the copy article will be deleted by admin. Is it right? How do they delete?

I am sorry about that. sounds too bad. but I do not think if bubblews let them cashout to those who copy form other online articles. it has been mentioned there on their term of use. nobody should do that if they do, bubblews will make their cashout on hold.

It's not Bubblews fault that your writing has been plagiarised but you should CERTAINLY contact Bubblews to point out any plagiarism you come across - especially if it is your own work. They will remove the articles and the scammers who posted them will not receive any payment at all. It is illegal and a criminal offence in most countries to pass off someone else's writing as your own, so people who do this deserve every punishment they get.

I agree with chasing people down that steal. Please tell me I am wrong if I am wrong here, since there are always two ways of looking at something. This does involve small amounts of cash? They are small time crooks and are really sad cases to be pitied?

Pity is NOT appropriate in these cases. I have no pity whatsoever for the low-life who try to earn money by stealing other people's property. Yes, I am sad that such people exist but they should feel the full force of whatever retribution can be meted out to them.

Either you misunderstood me or I didn't explain my thought correctly. I think it might be the latter. I agree go for it and stop the exploitation they deserve it. What I meant to say was people that do these kinds of things for that kind of money are creepy little crawlers that live under rocks and I pity them. I felt sorry for the bug I stepped on that ran across my back step the other day but I still squashed him.

@Bluedoll I understand what you are saying. But it's not that hard to write anything. Why should copy someone's work ? I think, we all are writing due to that small amount of cash. If they want to copy anything, than they should write something from some old books. If they will not do anything, even just type from some books, than they have no rights to earn anything, not even a cent. Anyway, Thank you for the response.
