You can lose your weight without heart dieting. I will give you some tips.
1. Drink a lot of plain water, before and after eat, take a small serving in each your lunch.
2. Avoid drink surgery drinks such as cola, soft drink etc.
3. Eat in small serving but more frequent
4. Drink green tea every day especially in the morning and before go to bed
5. Take some simple exercises in your workplace such as take stair and avoid lift when want to go to other rooms
6. Doing household courses when you have enough time.
