What do you do if you were in this situation?

A friend of mine was recounting an earlier experience about meeting a pretty new girl at work. The girl was asking for help about something then he (my friend) with his other co-worker began working on it. When they were done analyzing, then called the girl up (she was in another department) then the girl said she'll just brush her teeth and be there after. When she came to their department and they began telling her the solution, they noticed that the girl's teeth were full of bits of bread and other stuff. They (my friend and his co-worker) just looked at each other and laughed about it after work. If you were in that situation, are you going to say something to the pretty girl? That's just unhygienic isn't it? He said it was a huge turn-off for them. What do you think?

Well, if they were ever 'just hangin` out' & he noticed the girl's teeth, he might've asked her about it. But--as they were working--focusing on work was the good thing to do ... although he might've said something like 'make sure your teeth are clean when you get home' as they were leaving (kinda like a 'mom,' I know; but it's good for her!)
