Why is it so easy to learn how to make a bomb? With a few clicks on the internet you can be an expert on how to kill people. There is no reason I can think of where anyone would need to build a bomb. I don't know how the government regulates the internet but surely they can do better. That kind of junk should be removed from the web. At the very least if someone were to go to these sites they should be flagged right away. It is too easy to get this kind of information and use it to hurt or kill innocent people.

I wouldn't agree with you. Even if it endangers people, most of the material about explosives can be quite inaccurate and actually hurt the maker. By your logic all kind of books should be banned in libraries too. To be humble there's even a book by US army, that basically is a handbook to making improvised munition and it's freely available. All in all I think that Internet is a huge library, that shouldn't have many restrictions placed on it.

2nd amendment. If the government takes away the weapons, people should know a way to fight against oppressive regime.
