In this summer here in hyderabad the availability of mango fruits is very much high...
An ordinary person also can buy this fruit at a very cheap rate of 10 Rupees per Kilogram of it's weight....
More than six varieties of mango fruit are ready for everybody at the local fruit markets...
Now i am visiting kothapet market weekly twice to purchase plenty of these fruits for complete family use...
This fruit is like a pond of more vitamins....
But unfortunately i haven't complete idea of it's medical usage for healthy body...
If any body knows about it's uses well, please inform me as in brief as possible...

I do believe that mango has a vitamins and minerals , but I would like to let you know that it has a components that can trigger our allergy to foods. If you do have a cough or an asthma attack don't eat a mango, it might aggravate your cough.

At 10 Indian Rupees per kilo, the mangoes is very cheap in where you live. I am a lover of mango. If I can get the fruit that cheap, I will eat mango as my three meals. Our price here is about 89 Indian Rupees per kilo for the local varieties. Imported mangoes will sell over 100 Indian Rupees. India is the largest mango producer in the world and yet only accounted for 1% of the international mango market. Something should be done about that.

The fruit pulp is high in prebiotic dietary fiber, vitamin C, diverse polyphenols and provitamin A carotenoids. In mango fruit pulp, the antioxidant vitamins A and C, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate, other B vitamins and essential nutrients, such as potassium, copper and amino acids, are present. Mango peel and pulp contain other compounds, such as pigment carotenoids and polyphenols, and omega-3 and -6 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Mangos are best eaten as a fresh fruit. They have a high sugar content, although they are slightly acid in taste. Mangos are good used in combination with other fruits in salads, and in some parts of the world they are roasted. Both the flavor and aroma of mangos are spicy and attractive. To conserve the aroma, do not cut until just before serving.
Benefits of Mango
Mangos contain a considerable amount of gallic acid, which may be binding to the bowels. It is excellent as a disinfectant to the body. Many people claim the mango is a great blood cleanser, and it also has fever soothing qualities. Mango juice will reduce excessive body heat. Mangos are also wonderful for helping to throw off body odors.
