hi to all well, as I have family business which is ruined due to mismanagement & useless expenses of some peoples, I have a plan to do a business either its SMALL Shop or Industry, so yes I want to be a Boss, but as I see its very very hard to be a boss, because you have to worry about your employer salaries & your expenses as well, I heard in US/UK/Canada/Europe, peoples don't want to be a boss they are usually working for someone, can its truth??? the question is simple??? do you want to be a boss??? have a nice day...

I think that everyone would want to be a boss but it is not possible everytime because of lack of education and skills. So ordinary people end up working for others instead.

I have done both. I used to work as a teacher for many years, gave it up and now I am my own boss. I do not have workers as I do everything by myself.

Well I came to be a boss out of necessity! Since I am the oldest child, in my father's trucking business I was the main one to help him, so I had to learn to help and take over for him when he had to do something else! True no one usually wants to be a boss, but someone had to do it! So over the years I have gained knowledge, confidence, and responsibility of being a boss, not only for my father, but now for my own business ventures that I get into! I have developed into a leader that others have confidence in and depend on! Like I said 'someone has to do it'!

There are more responsibilities that go in to being a boss; so if you don't have the drive (and I don't), it's best not to try being a boss.

I am not inetersted to be a boss. To be a boss is not an easy thing;it is difficult. Earlier, I used to have the desire to be a boss. I had the desire to open some business of my own. But then, I have worked in certain showrooms where I observed the difficulties of the boss. Now I do not prefer to be a boss. Dealing with workers is very difficult; we always need to keep watch on them.

Well, I do want to be a boss, but I really don't want to be a boss in the traditional sense. When I say that I want to be a boss I mean that I want to be my own boss. I don't really want to have superiors looking over my shoulder all of the time and telling me what I need to do. I want to eventually get to the point that I'm able to completely be self-employed. I'm somewhat living that dream right now, but I'm not making a full time income.

I think everyone rather be a boss than take orders from one. I am a boss...of my side business. My crafts, my online money. But I still have a boss at my regular 9 to 5 day job. Luckily he isn't a mean boss- I've had those before and they are nothing nice. So what is your small shop going to sell in your new business boss man?

There has never been a day in my life that I wanted to be a boss over anyone. It is just to much work, to much drama to much cotrol over people that I would not feel comfortable with. Having to fire people, dealing with their salaries, vacations, sick time etc...Being boss takes you away from living your life in my opinion because you have to be on call bascially 24/7. I want freedom to do want I want at my leisure and enjoy myself. Not end up being a slave to the company.

A pleasant day Tushavi, Honestly speaking, I want to establish my own business. And that one is my plan long time ago, but, it does not mean that I want to be a boss. Practically speaking, I am not aspiring to be a boss despite I want to set-up my own business. Hence, as the many people says, "you are your own boss if you are running your own business", and I guess, that is their definition of being a boss. However, for me here, if I have my own business, I will not be a boss instead, I will give and cater what my clients and customers needs, so I will be more of a customer service individual rather than a boss. Anyway, for now, I have stopped thinking about the business set-up as I have encountered a lot of trials in life. Thus, what I am after for now is to have another stable job abroad so I can be able to earn more. And I am always uttering that into my prayers every night. Hope you can say pray it also for me.

I do not want be a boss, but maybe I can be a leader. I think different be a boss and be a leader. But, it is not an easy duty. We should think everything about our business, sometimes we cannot sleep well because some problems in our business.

I want to be a boss as long as I know that I'm ready. Of course, the first try may fail but if you learn through your mistakes, you will do so much better.
