My constant state of exhaustion

Why do I always feel tired without having worked or simply without having done anything special during the day? This remains a mystery! However keep present the fact that I take medicines for my precarious mental condition, I firmly believe that these drugs affect a lot about my state of fatigue. However, of these drugs, I can not do without! Now do not encounter any problem even if I sleep many hours during the day, this is because I do not have schedules to meet, but if I were to find a job in the future, I think of going against a very serious difficulties. Many times therapy to me has been adjusted and modified, but to be really honest, I have not achieved improvement. I do not see any other explanation that can justify my constant state of chronic fatigue.

dagami may be right about the side effects. or maybe there is something else. Have you talked to your doctor about it? i'm sure you follow the eat right and exercise thing, so that couldn't be the problem, right? anyway, hope you get better soon.

I've already talked a lot with my doctor about this. However, I would not have thought of doing physical activity

a little exercise could help i guess. not too much, considering your situation. but at least you could strengthen your cardio. but hey, i'm not an expert. it's best to discuss it with your med professional first.

alberello Feeling fatigued all the time is frustrating. I always say I can handle anything if I have had enough sleep. Meds do account for some exhaustion. Are you careful to eat right and get at least mild exercise..those could help as well as deep breathing and stretching. I wish you all the best!! God Bless

Also for the fact that I have no commitments to respect, perhaps this does not allow me to have a regular life cycle

Hi, The medicines ahve the side effects. But you are upset and frustrated because you you are jobless. You should try to engage yourself in some work. Try to help other people and find happiness. You try to get some part time job. So your mind would have peace. Doing small jobs can also be helpful for you. Don't lose your hope. You try to enjoy your life with positive thinking. You try to control your mind and be strong. Everything will be alright.
