Do you achieved your dream job now? Does it similar to the course that you have taken when you were in college? Are you happy with your chosen field? When i was in college my father wants me to take computer science and i followed my father's choice but my dream job is to work in a restaurant rather than to be an IT. Currently, i am working as an IT technical support in a company i am beginning to like of the chosen course i made because it can support my family and i really learn a lot because i am the only girl in IT department. have a great day!

I want to be a lawyer... that's actually my dream but since I'm not that lucky to be a licensed lawyer, I'm working to a some kind related to my course I finished.. though I am not that happy with my work now I do like it since I earned from it.. that's my main source of income.. so somehow it helps me financially... I think that's the fact of life.. nobody can insist to have your dream job if that is not meant for you..

Hi danix, I too has my own dream job. I want to work in the television, with cameras, entertainment and so I dream of taking the course of journalism. But unfortunately, I ended up being a IT student. Maybe, because of those times journalism is so expensive. For now, I love my job, I am IT administrator. Although sometimes I still dream to work in the television but everything has a purpose why I was brought in this way of life. Anyway, I will just do my best and do it extraordinarily well.

No I have not. I have dreamed of being a fiction writer since I was in the 8th grade at school. I wanted to be a novelist by this age. My dreams have gone down the toilet with a huge flush!

I still haven't found my dream job. But I think it would be working with others to where I'm assisting others. I'm planning to start taking college courses in the fall so that I can work on that. Glad to hear that you are enjoying the field you are in.

Hi Danix! You're one lucky girl to fell in love with your job that you didn't like in the first place. Other quit studying or continue to lose jobs because it is not their "love". Good for you! :) Well for my dream job, I had achieved being a broadcaster and work in one of the biggest broadcasting company in the Philippines. But it was short term. I got pregnant with my beautiful daughter instead. I always fantasized about being a mother and having kids and being busy and taking care of them, and now, I finally had that fantasy. Though I was a little unprepared, I am more serious of being a mother than wishing I still have that dream job. Just like your experience, you have the choices to chase that dream or build realities instead. Have a good day! :)
