How Can be a person so crucial

It was the time of before two years when I was here in dehradun city and i was studying whenever i think about that person i just thing how can be a person so crucial .Is really person in this world which do not have heart and they are living without heart.He murdered his wife and cutted her body in many pieces and then he took that piecies in his fridge and he used to throw those pieces like 1 piece everyday somewhere, Whenever i knew about that person, I was just think really there are some person who do not have any heart and like they are living without heart...

Agree, cruel persons really exist, most of them is heartless, they only think of them self they don't care about other people, and it is okay for a cruel person to hurt someone. Your story is morbid, that person in your story seems not a human anymore, he is like a beast or a devil. People like them should be put in prison, or be thrown away to an island, where they person there is all cruel person.
