Hey mother's out there! how did you give birth to your loving children? Is it in cesarean section or natural birth? :) I just want to share my experienced giving birth to my son, June 13th 2011, that day was my schedule for my last ultrasound, because my OB gyne want to know if my baby is ready to get out because it is already my due date on the said date. But I did not yet experienced laboring or any constractions. We we're so worried that is why we decided to confined me and induce me for me to labor, luckily after inducing me I labored and at 8pm they delivered me in the operating room. Laboring is so painful I can't really tolerate myself from the pain, I am crying and praying that it will pass. Natural birth is really painful, you can feel when they will cut it and when they pushed my tummy. But after giving birth and seeing your baby is healthy and normal the pain vanished, and it's worth the pain :)

All of my children were natural childbirth. This was not by choice either as there were no spine blocking injections then on the Island. And yes, it hurt like heck I did more than cry - I yelled and bawled. Only with the last child did I feel in control as I did Lamaze

I had mine all 3 via c/s op. That was really sad, because I really wish to experience the natural birthing, but circumstances never allow me to experience one. Giving birth is the most memorable experience-though mine is through operation, still I can say it's the most rewarding and most celebrated time of my life.

Giving birth is the most painful ordeal that any mother will have to endure in her life. But this pain fades away once the child she has been carrying is born. My most painful child birth was during my last son's birth. I think it is because he had a big head. I had labor pains for almost 24 hours.

I am noy a mother myself and I really won'y experience pregnancy labor. But talking about pregnancy I know about a thing, I am an operating room nurse and I do know some of the procedures done when a women is pregnant. There is a so called procedure that when a women is in labor, as you have said it is really painful. Hospitals now offer painless delivery wherein the mother undergoing thus procedure will be able to experience less pain during labor. And it is quite good as I have seen to the pregnant when udergone this procedure there faces lighten up and relax during labor. So to all the pregnant women out there try requesting this procedure to your ob gyne. Have a nice day mothers.

I was also induced with my first child and gave natural birth to my first and second child. I did have epidurals with both kids which really helped with the pain.

I have had 5 children and due with my last child July 15th. so far, all have been natural birth. and 2 of them with no pain medication. I plan to not have any medications with this baby as well. it is painful, but I had a bad experience with the epidural with one of my children so that has scared me from getting that again. I had to be on bed rest for 2 weeks after his birth because of it and I felt like if I had went through the birth with no medication I would have felt fine. I was only sick from what they did to me. with one child I was on pitocin for 3 days to induce my labor and because I had preclampsia the pitocin wouldn't work so finally the third day I went into active labor and had the baby. with my last child, my daughter. I was in labor for 4 hours and had her. that was super fast lol. your right about after giving birth the pain vanishes. all you think about then is the baby and I always remember just feeling a huge feeling of relief. children are such a blessing! :)

I was induced too. I was given the IV with oxytocine at about 6pm and I felt the labor pain a little while after. My sister, an OB Gyne told me that induced labor is twice as painful as the natural labor. Despite of the pain, I was walking and walking until 11pm. At that time i could no longer endure the pain and told my husband i needed to lie down. When my sister who was watching me performed IE, i was already 6cm. From my hospital room, i was brought to the labor room where my water broke immediately upon arriving and my baby was on his way. My OB Gyne hasn't still arrived, so my sisters and the other interns at that time had to fold my legs so the baby won't come out. Then they transferred me to the delivery room where i had my baby at 4 minutes past midnight.

I gave birth almost 44 years ago. It was a scary experience for me. Back then fathers were not allowed in the labor room and they were not allowed in the delivery room either. I couldn't have any family with me and I was all alone and frightened. I'm glad now hospital procedures aren't so stiff now. Expectant mothers need family support. I had a regular birth but my labor was slowed down due to a pain shot. It took me 19.5 hours to have her.

I had three and all natural birth. The first one was a long labor. i was in the hospital for 3 days before I gave birth. The second one was the easiest because after I checked in the delivery room, I delivered the baby after 3 hours. The third one was the most difficult one because I had a difficult time breathing and the doctor told my husband that if my condition did not change for an hour, she had to perform the Cesarean operation. Good Lord, i was able to deliver it normal again.

That is why Mother is great! My first child was delivered by the help of forcep and the second child arrived one week earlier but with much difficulties as I was weak . But, glad that the child was borned normal but did not cry until the nurse trigger him, then I could hear a loud cry and knew that he was alright . Both are natural birth. It was no doubt very painful labor but worth the pain when we get to hear them cry the first time .
