Do you find people that complain annoying?

I noticed, that I've been finding people that complain quite annoying. It kinda makes me want to say to them "Just deal with it." I think part of the reason I find them annoying because I have habit of complaining myself and I dislike it a lot, so when I see it in others I have a negative reaction.

u r right.a complaing person doesnt want to take responsibility.so give him responsibilty so that he will find the way out.$he will be left with no complains.try it for urself also n u ll find it rewarding,is there any point in just wasting our life keeping on grumbling,complaining or taking responsibility n making it more enjoyable?

I think that taking responsibility at the times can be rather hard, since ego is what really get to you, when you try to take responsibility for your actions, do something. Some of the people are used to complaining instead of taking initiative, since it's usually the easier route to take.

I know this one lady, I use to call on the phone all the time, all she did was complain all the time,, talk about how she hurt, she didn't feel good, I got tired of listen to her complain so I have stopped calling her, not I don't have to listen to her complain any more.
