Hello mylottlers^_^ Its been awhile since the last time I posted here, its bcoz I got sick and still sick lol. Anyway, Im sharing my eggplant to you guys! This is my first time to grow an eggplant ever. I didnt know that they have a purple flower lol. It really looks beautiful. I planted two eggplant and I placed them in our window to get some sun everyday. They really grew big and healthy too. As for now, this one eggplant has 3 flowers on it and there are more to come. Cant wait till I can get some veggie out of it and cook it. How about you? Do you have some gardening going around in your place?

The plants are looking good and the flowers are so pretty. I bet the eggplants will taste delicious once they grow and you can eat them. How will you fix them?

Oh its alrighty :) Ahmm you can have "salad eggplant". What I do is just boil it and once its cooked I remove the skin, and then mash it with the fork, and then just add some vinegar and onion. Hehe thats it. Its really easy :)

It is good to have a garden where you could plant your own vegetables . I do not have a garden. My front land has been my car porch and laid with tiles. Unless I use the flower pots to grow them but I do not think it will grow that well. Any idea how to go about it if I use flower pots ?

Hi Emily. We dont have a front porch either. I'm not even using a flower pots, I just used our empty cans of "iced tea" (recycling again lol). I covered them with colored paper and placed them in our window. They did grow very well. In fact they look very healthy. You should try it.

I don't do gardening, but there is one dish with eggplant that I really love. It's with some ground pork and with some eggs. I've made it a few times, but it's just too much work that's why I rarely do it. The flower looks good!

I wish i also had a spot in our place for planting. I really never was interested in it when I was young. But seeing my mom now on how she makes herself busy taking care of all of her plants and I have seen all of them bloom, it makes me want to have my own garden.

My mom has lots of plants all over our house. Thats why I'm so into planting as well. I just used our window for the plants to have some sunlight everyday. Maybe you can try that one :)

It does look like some healthy plants! I have a large back yard where I should be paying more attention to. Right now I am trying to see if some chilly seeds I planted in some pots will grow.

They are really healthy. And now, I just saw like 5 more flowers to bloom soon. I do have some cucumbers too, but I didnt know that they are vines. The cucumbers have flowers too so I gotta give it to someone who have a big yard lol.

Wow that would be so inspiring then. It drives you more to plant more and more . Go for other varieties also like tomato and some green leafy vegetable. Upon seeing our plants grow , our self esteem are being boost . It maybe a small thing but seeing them than they can be harvested is like an achievement already. The happiness it gives is priceless.

I want to plant tomato soon. For now, our window is full of flowers and plants. The eggplant really took a lot of space in our window. And you are right. It is priceless :)
