How To Get Ride From Summer????

Haaiiii friends.. Now,I am here to share something about my present situation..Here we suffers from summer.It is a good season because we get a lot of fruits and flowers in this time.But when I tried to go out for some urgent need. Alas...I was mentally and physically sick. that hot weather make us very bad health.What about you friends??Do you have such experience??How to escape from summer???What is the main food that I have to add to my food?? which type of food is better to eat now??what type of dress that I have to wear???What things that I have to do to get ride from Summer season??Your suggestions please...

Watermelon is a great food should be taken in the summer days. You should take salads and drink plenty of water rather than food. To keep yourself cool invent a cooling machine that is prepared naturally. You can use the mud pot as a refrigerator cooling system and use the fan to get the cool air from that. You can wear cotton cloths. While you are going outside use sunscreen lotions or wear cap for your head to escape from sun.

Thank you so much for a total reply.Through this,I could to make a total analyze that help me to know the reply of my question.how can I prepare salad?? which vegetables can I include to that dish?? and what should I include except vegetables or fruits??I heard that some people adding salt,pepper powder,curd and lemon in vegetable salad.and some of them add sugar,milk,milk cream,honey etc by making fruit salad.thank you... :)

You can make a good salad by using curd,salt and cucumber. Cucumber gives you a different taste to eat. Cucumber is the right choice in summer. You can put two pieces of cucumber before your closed eyes to keep the eye cool and get rid of dark circles under your eye.

Yes, the heat is on in this season and so we are experiencing a very hot weather whether we like it or not. Well, for me, it is the best time to go outing and have a swimming with relatives and friends. The best food right now is halo halo, a mixture of different types of fruits like banana, melon, ripe mango etc. topped with crushed ice and poured with evaporated milk and sugar. The best dress is mini skirt, sando, and short short.

Ya.. I also prefer such dresses to wear in this season.I wear short pants or trousers and some T shirts while staying in home.It helps me to be very cool.This is the first time that i am hearing about this recipe.I think that it is fruit salad??And the other thing is that I don't know to swim.thanks..

the first thing is drink alot of water. stay away from sodas and things that can dehydrate you. eat alot of whole fruits and raw vegetables. this will help cool your body temperature. wear light color clothing. if you have sun dresses and min straps, it's a good idea to break those out. you take me back to when i lived in houston, texas.

thank you for such big suggestion.these all are ways that suggested by my family members.my father always advice me to take water as it losts as other things.He will scold me because of my careless on my health..thanks..

Hi, I was in Kerala (Kannur) in the last week for 3-4 days and found it is so horrible from morning 10-5-6 in the evening. Though I didn't come out in the sun for much time, it is terrybly painful to manage the sun/hot outside at day time. Basically, we need to drink a lot of quality water, water contented fruits like pine apple, watermelon, etc will help and we get a lot of fruits over there now. We can make juices of other fruits and mix with different fruits and make a mixed juice will be more tastey. Also, if possible avoid travels at this time and reach the destination on peak hot times. Avoid oily food and heavy food at times and take bath if feel uncomfortable. Also, if possible, use denim dress or use any cotton dress suitable to the body and let it be little lose so that there won't be much irritation, even if it get swet. Anyway, we have to survive and it is advisable that we have to move upon the best choices and suitable options what we have with us. thank-s

Drink plenty of water and stay indoor if you don't have much important things to do outside. It's very hot here in our place too- and I am suffering this prickly heat rashes. I have a wet towel with me to wipe sweats and I scrub ice cubes on my face, neck and arms.

Add food which have high water content. Use cotton dress. Be strong mentally, otherwise you won't be able to go anywhere.
