crying heart

have you ever had this feeling that your heart is crying ? its very weird but i feel that my heart is so full of sad thoughts and its crying its eyes out. for how many days now i have been having this feeling i just don't notice it when 'm busy with mylot or facebook but when 'm alone and everything is very quiet i feel everything. my friends ...do you feel like this too sometimes ?

I felt that before and not only is my heart crying , but i seem to go insane .

Thank you for responding to this year 2013 discussion of mine @SIMPLYD. I remember now why i felt like my heart was crying then and like you i also felt like i was going insane because of the pain and crying helped ease out some of the pain.

@mammots Yes, crying helped us release the pain . Praying is what really helped me out of it .

I've felt like my heart was crying and aching when I lost people who were close to me. It actually felt like my heart was hurting and going to break. I know the feeling too well.

i have to learn to let go so my heart would be normal again. thank you very much ctryhnny... it's nice to know that someone feels the same way as i do
