healthy eating

do u know whatever we eat,becomes our body $ mind.so nowon think a bit before u put anything in ur mouth.u may find it difficult to start with but looking at its benifits,u will slowly start eating healthy foods $enjoy it.

Hi, You are right. We should eat healthy food which would give us all the nutrients required for the healthy growth of our body. We should all types of vegetables, fruits. Oily and junk food should be avoided. We should enjoy every morsel of food. we should eat food in happy mood. Bad habits of diet also increases our stress of mind. Be happy and healthy because health is wealth.

That is why there is a saying "you are what you eat". People who are stressed tend to eat more than their usual food intake. Sometimes they are not aware that they are taking more toxins inside their boyd. We should always take care of what we eat to avoid having health issues at the end.

I sure would always like to eat healthy. However, since i am working, my mother-in-law is in-charge of cooking at home. And she usually would cook meat so sometimes, i don't eat dinner already.

i shop for our food so i always choose the ones that are healthy. i only buy junk foods whenever i have an afternoon get together with friends at home and i don't want to go thru the hassle of preparing sandwiches that they might not eat. almost always, my husband and i cook our meals from fresh veggies, fish, or meat. we usually don't buy frozen goods.
