I think Worrying about something like this is a waste of time.I'm not a teenager anymore and signs of getting old is slowly appearing in my body structure and few gray hairs have appeared.I think one day we have to say good bye to this world.

ageing is a natural process of all living organisms. every second that passes makes us older. i am not worried about growing old per se. if i can maintain a realtively healthy body until my old age then i will be contented. unfortunately, very few people are able to do this.
the signs of old age have also started manifesting in me. wrinkles, flabby arms, gray hairs... but i don't worry too much about these since i know these can be remedied. if i want to, a few tucks here and there and the wrinkles would disappear. they have even invented injections for this. hair dye can hide the gray hairs.
what is important for me is that i stay free of serious diseases. when i was a teenager, i used to think that forty is old. now that i'm 48, i don't feel old. i only feel my age when i'm faced with plenty of problems and i sometimes lack the energy and drive to combat these.
