We all knew that Yahoo news is one of trustful site when it comes to news. Yes I do read news in that site everyday. But Now I don't disagree with this unreliable and not clear basis about the 7Myths about drinking water posted last Year March 21,2012 but re post again today as I scroll down the news in yahoo.
In Myths no.2 it says scientist saying there is no clear colleration between good health and sipping on water all day.and then this reporter says "Doctors recommend drinking water only when you are thirsty." HE never mentioned a specific person to testify that this testimony really comes from a professional or expert. It is easy to say doctors, scientist and using other names. even I can make a blog of that. but what is the proof that it is true.Haven't this reporter realizes the infact of writing? Other people who easily believe may follow it. So that means when we do eat a lunch, breakfast and dinner.and we don't feel thirsty after eat we shouldn't drink? because Doctors said drink only when we are thirsty. If you don't feel thirsty the whole day then don't drink? Even I stay in a air conditioned room I don't feel thirsty . so that means I will not drink the whole day? How does he stocmach feel if he don't drink after eating meals? for sure everyone will got stomach ache for the foods wasn't digest easily without the help of water. We do experienced that.
Using a doctor or a scientist meaning coming from a professional people whom people will be easily believe for they are expert but he never mentioned a name.He first before saying it is a MYTH. must make a proof that it is really a myth and not only saying things without a real basis.
A reporter must first be responsible reporter.because all around the world who wil open and read that might be influenced well except for people like me who always make a research and also based on my experience.I remember that once I become like that I don't often drink water and only drink after launch.then later on I got Urinary tract infection.
Other myths he mention has no legal or real basis where did he got that belief. He doesn't provide valuable information and give the source of it .For he only explain by herself and without a proof where did he got this idea.
SSo let's always be an observer too.
Haven't he researched first or experienced himself before publishing a report in yahoo. Its a false report.

The internet is always 50-50, don't believe easily on everything that it says. You have to find more details, or have many research before you have to believe on something. There are many liars, scammers, fraud, thief on the net. You have to be vigilant, be aware and most of all diligent enough.

It is not advisable to drink water immediately after a major meal , dinner, lunch breakfast, because if will bloat your stomach. I think the theory is right, you have to listen to your body. And drink only when your thirsty. Your body knows when you need water, and forcing your self to drink just because you think you need more water. It is far more healthier to be attune with your body and listen to it. Your body will tell you when or when not you need water.

yes it's not advisable but it says 5 minutes before meal or 5minutes after meal I've heard that from a doctor guessing in our local radio. It tells about the proper way of drinking water.
because if we only drink if we are thirsty even we are overeat if we eat sweet we will feel thirsty if we are in cold place we will not feel thirsty.

if its cold then you won't sweat a lot therefore less need for water

On the other hand, there is also no proof that drinking when you are not thirsty is healthy too. In fact drinking too much water may lead to water intoxication. Maybe he can change the quote to "SOME doctors recommend drinking water only when you are thirsty", otherwise I am fine with the statement.

actually dehydration happen before you feel thirsty. even if you don't thirsty.as long as you have sufficient amount of water. There is also an article photo in facebook that I TAG in about drinking water the proper way. like in the morning 2 glasses of water cleanses the body. 2 glasses in the midnight for those who have hypertension. etc etc. I think that is from doctors network in face book.as per my experience I don't feel anything bad drinking too much water. but I got sick by lack of water in the body.
