Anybody has experience of working in Triond site?

I am a new member in triond and I really do not know how to submit an article, I have problem for adding image. it is look really old design and whatever I do it is not working and I am confused how to add an image in article. it is not working even without adding image! does anybody knows how can we work in this site? and how I have to upload a picture? thanks
