I had an incident with an office mate yesterday with misinterpreted words. Seems that our wave lengths don't meet. We talked about it so that we could understand what happened and told her that is it okay now, can we move on? She said yes, but earlier that night she seems grumpy and cranky and I thought she's moved on. Now it pisses me off? Have you experienced this and how have you handled this?

it is never easy to deal with this type of issue right away as you have to work together the best thing i can say is try to put your mind some other place for the time and best to leave it alone till all have had the time to cool off

You think she tells the truth when she says she's moved on? Because I did, this is a new day.

hard for me to say as I dont know her but you will just have to hope that she has in fact moved on and that every thing will be ok

Just give each other a space, so both of you won't be triggered with each other's presence. Moving on shouldn't be on words but this needs an affirmation of action.
It takes time to heal, just be patient, understand more, and put your thoughts away from the issues you've been through.
Work is work and it must separate your personal life, though this cliche is hard to follow, but it is a good thing to draw a line between the two.
Happy mylotting! Hope things will get well to both of you.

We are okay now, I hope. She was the one who approached me first. We speaking, I hope its real on her part, because its real on mine.

I can't avoid her, we are only 6 in the office, and we are just two girls.
