Pornographic ads on so many websites?

Placing such kind of ads on different websites is really a frustrating thing i would like to remove these kind of ads on all the websites i am unable to surf the net in fron of my parents because of these ridiculous ads. Please friends tell me a reaso to avoid or to ban these kind of ads on some websites.
